Let Flat Nicole tell you the whole story…

Dear Friends,

Hi!  My name is Flat Nicole and I am a Flat Friend.  I may look a lot like Ms. Nicole, but I am better, because I fit inside a letter!  Flat Friends are a super fun part of the Pen Pal Program at our church.  Maybe you’d like to become a Flat Friend too!  Are you a kid?  Can you write?  Are you an adult?  Would you like to share in a special letter exchange project with a child from St. Matthew’s?

Kids!  Pick up a Flat Friends packet from the counter at St. Matthew’s or download the info here to get started!  Materials need to be completed and submitted to the Flat Friends box by Sunday, February 14.  This will give your Flat Friend and letters a chance to travel back and forth between you and your secret Big Buddy for six weeks before you finally meet at church during the “Flat Friends End” on Sunday, March 28 at Noon.

Adults!  Don’t give up anything for Lent this year!  Instead take on this project, and create a special connection with a child.  Put your name on the Flat Friends Big Buddy sign up sheet on the Welcome Counter, and you will receive further instructions.
