Feb. 2010 Youth Events

Feb. 7th – No SMACK (Superbowl)

Feb. 13th – Broomhockey and Pizza! $10, 5-7:30pm.  Drop off at Castle Ice Arena (12620 164th Ave SE, Renton) at 5pm, pick-up at St. Matthew’s at 7:30pm.

Feb. 21st – Middle School SMACK 6-7:30pm, at Larson’s (1832 NE 25th Pl, Renton, 98056)

Feb. 26th – 30 Hour Famine, 6pm – 8am.  Help with pictures and picture frame crafts for the Women and Children of the Union Gospel Mission’s Hope House, distribute blankets to the homeless, worship, and learn a little bit about what it’s like to be homeless by sleeping under a box.  Oh yeah, and don’t eat all day Friday to experience a little of what it’s like to be hungry.  All money collected will be given to World Vision to benefit the hungry around the world, including those suffering in Haiti.
