Congregational Meeting 1/24/10

The annual meeting of St. Matthew’s will be held at noon, Sunday January 24. Have a few snacks after worship that morning as we celebrate the payoff of the mortgage and the 2009 highlights. We will also adopt an operating budget for 2010, elect new Church Council members, and look forward to what God has in store for us this next year. While people must be members of St. Matthew’s to vote during the meeting (and a quorum of 50 is needed), all are welcome to attend – come learn more about the inner workings of this outward-focused ministry! 

Note for those interested in the details of the budget – the budget presentation meeting will be held on Sunday January 10 at noon. Your participation and questions will help us prepare for the meeting on the 24th.
