A note from Joan

I am excited about the heart Healthy lunch that the Parish Nurses are putting on.  They are a great team and are really concerned about our well being.  As we speak they are busy  planning  a healthy, but tasty lunch for us.  By the way does anyone know if you can bake potatoes in a large roaster?

Also at the event, Heather Kelly will give us information on “Disaster Preparation” .   It is never too soon to be prepared.  Heart healthy cookbooks will be available (Not to mention some prizes).
